How Travel Inspires My Digital Art
Art and travel have always gone hand in hand for me. Every new city, culture, and language adds another layer of depth to my creative practice. Whether I’m wandering through historic architecture in Berlin or observing light patterns on the streets of Tokyo, I see stories, forms, and colors that eventually find their way into my digital canvas.
Travel isn’t just about places—it’s about perspective. Engaging with different ways of living expands how I understand and express emotion, space, and movement in my work. I often draw from these experiences when building immersive environments or conceptual pieces that rely on cultural symbolism.
The vibrant colors of Morocco influenced a recent glitch art series I created. The minimalist design of Scandinavian interiors has informed how I approach interface aesthetics. Even the way different languages structure thought has impacted how I think about visual narratives.
In many ways, my digital art is a visual passport—a reflection of the places I’ve been and the people I’ve met. It’s also a reminder that creativity isn’t confined to the studio. It lives in every conversation, every street corner, and every unfamiliar moment.
